cup beef stock

tbsp worcestershire

bunch fresh thyme

clove garlic

lb chuck roast

tsp salt

bunch fresh chives

yellow onion

fl oz cooking oil
oz havarti
Instructions
1: Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper. 2: Heat oil in a large pot and sear the roast on all sides. 3: Add sliced onions and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onions are soft. 4: Pour in the red wine and beef stock, then add Worcestershire, bay leaf, and thyme. 5: Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 2 hours. 6: Remove the roast, shred the meat, and mix it with the onion mixture. 7: Slice the ciabatta loaf and fill it with the roast mixture and Havarti cheese. 8: Optional: Toast the sandwich until cheese melts. 9: Garnish with chives and serve.View original recipe
