Loaded Potato Soup

What you need

tsp chicken bouillon powder

tsp salt

celery

onion

tbsp unsalted butter

cup chicken stock

pepper

tsp paprika

cup heavy cream

russet potato

tbsp all purpose flour

oz cheddar cheese

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: In a large pot, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. 2: In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until soft. 3: Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. 4: Gradually add chicken stock, stirring until smooth. 5: Add potatoes, paprika, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper. 6: Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. 7: Stir in milk and heavy cream. 8: Mix in half of the cheddar cheese until melted. 9: Serve topped with bacon, remaining cheese, scallions, and sour cream.View original recipe
