What you need

clove garlic
cup cooked rice

tbsp oyster sauce

tortilla

tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2: Add minced pork and cook until browned. 3: Stir in chopped garlic and Thai chilies and cook for another minute. 4: Add the Chinese long beans and stir-fry for a couple of minutes. 5: Mix in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and stock or water. 6: Add holy basil leaves and stir until wilted. 7: Serve the mixture wrapped in a large tortilla with cooked rice and top with a fried egg.View original recipe
