Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, scallions, fresh cilantro, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. 2: Lay a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper. 3: Use a small bowl of water to wet the edges of the wrapper, then seal it by folding over and pressing down. 4: Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced onion and leek, sauté until soft. 5: Add laksa paste, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant. 6: Pour in chicken stock and coconut milk, bring to a boil. 7: Add wontons and cook until they float to the top. 8: Stir in fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. 9: Serve hot, garnished with additional scallions or cilantro if desired.View original recipe
