Instructions
1: Prepare the ingredients by grating the pear and slicing the brisket, red onion, chilies, and scallions. 2: In a bowl, mix the grated pear, light brown sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to make a marinade. 3: Marinate the sliced brisket in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4: In a skillet, cook the marinated brisket until tender and well cooked. 5: Spread kimchi butter on slices of sourdough bread. 6: Layer the cooked brisket on one slice of the sourdough bread, add provolone, and top with red onion, chilies, and scallions. 7: Assemble the sandwich by placing another slice of sourdough on top. 8: Grill the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. 9: Serve hot and enjoy.View original recipe
